[MC-174999] "Create New World" Text Shadow Broken broken in Fullscreen 1440p

This only occurs for this particular box strangely enough.

This occurs with and without Optifine.

This also only occurs at 1440p fullscreen, not 1080p fullscreen.

GUI scale needs to be set to 3 with 3440x1440 and 2560x1440 resolution. Bug occurs in world selection list.

Are you still able to reproduce this issue yourself? I still cannot reproduce it in either 1.20.2 or 23w40a.
