Random teleportation when nether portal is broken at the same time that you enter it

Entering a nether portal whilst breaking it at the same time causes you to teleport to a random location in the nether/overworld.

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a nether portal on creative mode.

2. Go through the portal to create a portal in the nether.

3. Go back through portal and break it at the same time.

4. If this doesn't work keep attempting it with each portal until it works.

5. You will be teleported somewhere random.
