[MC-175112] Player can slide off edge of blocks when landing despite sneaking

Falling on top of a block with enough horizontal motion will cause the player to fall off the block even though the sneak key is being held down.

This seems like MC-262294, just another way to reproduce it. The player is shifting right at the edge of the block, letting go of shift, and falling. This is exactly what is described in MC-262294.

It's not the issue described in MC-262294 since that one mentions a player that stopped sneaking. In this issue the sneak key is being held down.
