[MC-175629] When mining a Sponge with a Hoe, it turns into Bedrock

When a Sponge gets mined with any Hoe, said Sponge becomes Bedrock, and doesn't drop anything either.

Please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.

Very sorry, but this isn't a bug at all, just client-side issues. Again, sorry for taking your time on something that isn't a big deal. Will try to troubleshoot in the future.
