[MC-175651] Blocks are not showing as dropped items when broken

When a block is broken or dropped (Items dropped as well) are not shown. They remain invisible but are still able to be picked up.

Please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.

This is happening in my realm, and happens about 60% of the time. Sometimes the items that drop from the block will link with an invisible one, and both become invisible. Sometimes the invisible one will link with a visible one and become visible. Same happens when anything is dropped.

Plausible due to provided video demonstrating the issue with unmodified client.
