Unlike soul sand, soul soil doesn't slow you down.
Steps to reproduce:
Place soul sand and soul soil like on the soul.png file
Walk on soul sand and it slows you down
❌ Walk on soul soil and it doesn't slow you down.

Works as intended. Soul soil does not slow you down. It was said on twitter before the snapshots begun.
