Rain shows up when attacking indoors

I was minding my own business at my skeleton farm, it was raining outside, and when I swung my sword, I could see the rain for a brief second.

I've seen this affect 1.15.2, and I noticed it only happens when collecting exp orbs, not attacking in of itself.

Confirmed 20w14a, it happens when collecting experience.
