Left-Clicking on a respawn anchor with a debug stick shows the prompt: selected "charges" (0)
Following this action with a right-click results in the respawn anchor not increasing its charge

Debug stick glitches are resolved as invalid, if I remember correctly.

I do believe that issues relating to debug sticks are resolved as won't fix.
