When you click on a lodestone block with a lodestone compass the sound plays again

Self-explanatory. When you right click on a lodestone block with a compass it becomes a lodestone compass and makes a sound. When you right click again it sounds again.

How to reproduce:

1. Use a compass on a lodestone block.

2. Hear the sound.

3. Use the lodestone compass you just created on the same lodestone block.

4. Hear the sound again.
