Translation strings added in newly released snapshots are not immediately translated for languages other than "English (US)," due to those translations being done by the community on the Crowdin Minecraft Translation Project, after said snapshots are released. As a result, their translations in “English (US)” are shown instead, until the next snapshot.

The items you can’t equip do not have an equippable component, which is required for items to be equippable. You can’t obtain these items in vanilla Survival mode, which means one of your mods has messed with your world.

This report does not describe a bug.

The game can’t know if you’re suspended when it’s started while offline, so naturally the multiplayer buttons in the main menu are not grayed out by default. When your internet connection is back up, clicking them and trying to join a server will still fail if you’re suspended.
