creeper explosions wont drop

I blew a few up in the nether and over world and got a few blocks.

"few" blocks and how many blocks is that? normally it dropped almost all drops not a few

Creeper explosions are not supposed to drop every broken block, see MC-151721.

its more noticeable if u blow up a chest it wont drop anything what was inside the chest
