[MC-176081] Striders with NoAI still get cold

When you spawn a strider with No AI outside of lava, the strider will still shiver from being cold and turn blue.

/summon minecraft:strider ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

I would say this is intended since this is propably more an animation than movement

But if I remeber correctly, it was also a bug that piglins with no AI still shake in the overworld.

The fix of MC-148935 says that this not part of the AI and because of this this bug is propably intended.
