[MC-176113] Striders can be ridden by baby stridiers with a saddle ridden by a zombified piglin

sometimes a strider can spawn with a baby on top but it can also spawn with a zombified piglin on top of that.

Yeah this bug still isn't fixed. Just spawned a strider and got a triple-stacked surprise.
