[MC-176186] some player heads will not load

I wanted to get a GoodTimeWithScar head, so I put in the command: /give @p player_head{SkullOwner:goodtimewithscar} . I am aware that you do not need caps so I do not know why this is not working.

Were you in the hermitcaft season six world? if you don't have the hermitcraft datapacks you shouldn't be able to get their head.

Also, you do NOT need the s6 world data packs to get the heads. I will include screenshots of me trying to get the head. Also, I crashed in the process but could not find the log.
