[MC-176210] Villagers are not breeding in 20w13a

The bug

I built a villager farm with two villagers, but even placing 12 beds, making exchanges and even throwing bread to them, they did not breed. They make particles of heart, but soon afterwards particles of anger rise. I did it in Creative Mode to confirm, and they really don't breed.

The Setup :

They look at each other for a while :

Then they toss breads at each other and start rising hearts particles :

And then particles of anger rise and they stop breeding :

It does not work because the villagers cannot reach the beds. Repeat your experiment but remove the wall blocking the beds from the villagers. I hope this helped.

It really helped, but why is that now? I built the same breeding setup in previous versions, from version 1.14.4 to version 1.15.2, so I thought it was a bug in the 20w13a snapshot.
