killt the enderdragon, xp fell through portal, jump through portal too, xp laying around unable to get collected by the player and while in survival if i click any other block cia leftclick they disappear and creating ghostblocks which i can turn into normal blocks via rightclick

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-176004, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.
