[MC-176273] World is broken when you die in the nether!

In the newest Snapshot 20w13a of Minecraft 1.16 there is a gamebreaking bug!

I was in my survival world in this snapshot and entered the Nether.

Everything was normal until I die. After that in the overworld dimension you cannot place any blocks. The Netherportal does not work anymore! After I rejoined the world I died again and then after respawning I saw myself in me and I can't do anything.
