[MC-1764] Wooden slabs can only broken by pickaxe

Since long ago, the acting wooden slabs of stone com, can only be broken with a pick and is a bit annoying.

This is intended as it shares the same id as the stone slabs. This is why the newer slabs each have their own id.

Now Slabs can be broke with an axe, this is better !

There are no 'true' wooden slabs. Feel free to replace them yourself 😛

This has been fixed.

This issue has been fixed (for a while). The different types of slabs now require different tools.

But the current resolution is incorrect. Mojang changed their minds and did fix the bug. Why not mark it as such?
