Distance blocks turn black, lets me see through the ground

I freeze for a second then distance blocks turn black and I can see through the ground. I tried re-logging and it sometimes fixes it and it happens again or it doesn't fix it at all. I also tried closing the game and reopening it didn't help; it did the same thing as when I re-log. The game has some glitching lines on the screen and for a millisecond it glitches but continues. I have reloaded the texture pack multiple times and it still doesn't work. The n it turns a blacks screen, but I can still hear all the animals I just can't see anything. Then it crashes with exit code 107374091. I have tried downgrading the drivers and updating the drivers, but no matter what I do it still crashes and glitches. It mights be the drivers, but if so what do I do in the drivers because I have installed all different ones and none of them seem to work with minecraft. I also just upgraded my graphics card to a 1660 from a 1050ti. Same thing was also happening with the 1050ti.

Never mind I got this issue fixed. I had got more ram for Christmas and it seemed to fix this problem.
