[MC-176455] no glow on enchanted armor when worn

tested netherite and diamond armor, when enchanted the glow shows on the item in inventory, but not when worn

This is also happening on leather and iron armor.

I personally hate the enchanted glowing effect, so I wouldn't mind if this stayed.
