During thunderstorm I noticed that when I chop the wood, rain particles are showing up for a brief moment.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Chop spurce tree while thuderstorm (diamond axe with umbreaking 3 fortune 2 in my case)
2. As the log is about to drop, the rain flashes around for a brief moment
