Bamboo can be planted on mycelium which is inconsistent with all other plantable plants.

Resolved it as "Invalid" since we don't have official confirmation, but with MC-223817 being resolved as Works as Intended by a Mojang developer this sounds intended.
Only linked it as "clone" of MC-223817 since this report here existed before the change in 21w16a (which 223817 is about).
