[MC-177175] Tnt fails to destroy surrounding blocks when primed on Ender Chests, Enchanting Tables, and End Portal Frames

Primed TNT resting on top of Ender Chests, Enchanting Tables, and End Portal Frames fails to destroy other low blast resistant blocks immediately surrounding it.
