Will not load any 1.15 versions

Every time i try to load any 1.15 versions, including mod packs from twitch, the green loading bar at the bottom of the launcher gets to about half way, slows down considerably and when it finally gets to about 3/4 of the way complete stops and give the message below. I can still run any version below 1.15 without any problems. My internet is solid the whole time and does not drop anywhere near 30 bytes EVER.
