[MC-17727] Leads Disappear Upon Death

What I expected to happen was the lead to still be seen when i respawn after death.

What Actually happened was when i respawned the lead was invisible.

Steps to reproduce
1. Tie horse to fence using lead.
2. do /kill or kill yourself any other way
3.the lead is gone
