TESTFOR DOES NOT WORK

I have already reported my alleged error twice, but it is analyzed, then the suggestion is sent and nothing works, I have tested the command in different ways, and the result is not successful. I don't know if it's my computer, but my friend's also has the problem that testfor doesn't exist. After all is the game really with the error or is it an individual problem?
