[MC-177418] i cant chat it says cannot send chat message

pls help i cant chat on my account for every multiplayer server it says 'Cannot send chat message" and its really aggravating me pls help i cant chat to my friends

If this happens, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Try changing your chat settings to "Shown" instead of "Hidden" or "Commands Only"
