Enchantment Glints with Netherite

In the newest snapshot with Netherite equipment, me and a friend were playing when they had enchanted their chestplate, but we noticed that the enchantment glint didn't appear, suddenly, they put their shield up and the handle had the glistening effect that the chestplate was supposed to have.
