hi! I found a bug with the minecart. When I put the minecart on the powered rails, it begins to shake as if it breaks, and it is impossible to get into it. Thanks!

See MC-79835. You're confused between powered and activator rails
Isn't that the point of an activator rail? To boot entities out of the minecart. To which the shaking animation is an indication to? I would say WAI.
