Non-flammable wood tags uses full crimson and warped stems and hyphae IDs instead of referencing other tags

Basically, the tag #minecraft:non_flammable_wood (both blocks and items) uses the full IDs of the crimson and warped stems and hyphae (e.g. minecraft:crimson_hyphae, etc.) instead of #minecraft:crimson_stems and #minecraft:warped_stems.
