found one day that my netherite enchanted axe and sword was gone, and instead of having 21 diamonds, I had 42. I also had 2 dragon heads, 4 stacks of gold ingots, and a lot of duplication of items, but my netherite tools were missing. The duplication cause is unknown to me.

I have a storage room with around 10 chests, and in there is where the duplication happened. There is a lot of netherrack, and a lot of items such as armour, stuff from the end, and firework rockets.
I do not know any reason why it happened, or any source of it, is there someone that can find it out?
