Nylium turns back to netherrack when Warped Tree is grown

Nylium turns back to netherrack a Warped tree is grown on top of it.

I was experimenting with a bone meal farm inspired by the snapshot video of ilmango and saw that a successful tree grow with bonemeal would sometimes destroy the terrain bellow it.

This can be handled with fast redstone but I don't think this should work as is.

Is also true for the crimson counterpart.
