Baby piglins can pick up soul campfires despite being afraid of them and also not picking up other soul fire related items. (soul torches, soul lanterns)

Just throw a soul campfire at a baby piglin. It works better if the baby piglin is in some sort of enclosure so you can make sure it will pick it up.
