Chat Delay option doesn't exist in Chat settings

The Chat Delay option can be found in the Accessibility Settings dialog.

I know, but doesn't this option is used 2 toggle the Chat system?

I think this is actually a bug. Certain settings that are in accesibility are twice in the menu, because they are also in another category, so chat delay should also be in the chat settings.

It is intended, that some options that are in the accessibilty settings are twice in the menu. MC-145853 is resolved as works as intended.

Woohoo, who told me that this is intentional  😛? I said this is a BUG XD.
