Both your hands are useless when your right hand are unusable.

At 1.13 update mojang "Fix" a bug that when your right-hand items are unusable the game will use your left item instead. And now whether your left hand is helpful you will not be able to use if your right-hand holds an unusable item. This "fix" broke several machines and food-bow combination, and a lot. Oh what a great feature, is it a bug? To me this change is more like a bug instead of a bug fix.
