Piglins spawned with a gold ingot in their offhands do not admire it but give bartering items

If a piglin is spawned in with a gold ingot in its offhand, it doesn't stop to admire it, but gives bartering items immediately.

To reproduce:

Run command:

/summon minecraft:piglin ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[{},{Count: 1, id:gold_ingot}]}

→ ❌ Notice how the piglin does not admire the ingot, but immediately gives the bartering item.
