[MC-178452] hoppers stop working

I have a good computer, and minecraft has never been laggy for me, but in the current snapshot, it takes around 2 minutes for one item to go through the hopper and into a chest. Only happens on snapshot 20w15a

Hoppers have a block data attribute for their item transportation speed/delay, try running

/data get block (hopper x y z)

And checking / reporting the value
