[MC-178676] Red Fish Sounds at 100%

After updating to 20w13b the ambient squid sounds are at 100%, the entire range from 0%-100%. IF I turn OFF, they go away.

It may actually be the red fish that spawn in groups. I'll try and get a screen shot next time it happens.

Validated on my system. Not the Squid. its these red fish. There is no CC text, but the Audio they make is 100% no matter the setting.

It happens in my worlds too, both with cod and salmon.

Fish and Squid are controlled by "Friendly Creatures", not "Ambient/Environment".
