combination of a piglin and a zombified piglin

What is a "bug" in this report? This is just a Zombiefied Piglin with Player Skull with Piglin like skin

it isn't fake! I mean it isn't ment to be fake I think its the datapack what is doing this then but then it is another bug to because then you can't set a head on a zombiefied piglin
