[MC-178831] Jukebox music played in the wrong coordinates

I expected the music to be played in the center of the jukebox, but it seems like the coordinates are off.

I hear the music from the northwest (Not sure, but most likely bottom) corner of the block

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-152752, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
