The bug
The sound from a music disc in a jukebox does not come from the inner / center of the block (where the "speakers" are). Instead, it comes from one edge.
See attachement. I marked the spot where the sounds come out of the music box.

1.18 pre4, actually comes from the lowest xyz corner (so bottom corner on the NW side). When in spectator flying up and down slowly, it gets louder at the bottom corner vs the top.

To me, it appears the sound is coming from the north-west bottom corner. This is where the coordinates all end in xy.00
