[MC-178850] Enchants

So I mined my diamond created my enchented table an place the books shelf

i finally got 30 level and when I clicked on the enchant it only took 3 level and I had 27 left

Note I had all the book shelf in the right spot

i am using 1.15.2

This isn't a bug. This was changed years ago. You no longer use 30 levels to enchant.

No it’s says that you need 30 levels but only use 3

You require 30 levels, but only use 3, this is from the addition of lapis in 1.8
