[MC-178935] You can turn soul sand into soul soil with a soul campfire

If you make a soul campfire with soul sand and break it without silk touch, then you get soul soil out of the campfire. This happens in 20w15a but it's not an option here

I wouldn't consider it a "**Bug", but this should be fixed, however, it would be very annoying having two campfires that don't stack, so I'm not sure if I want this to be patched, after all, it adds up to renewable soul soil
