[MC-178954] Enchanted armor appears unenchanted

when putting armor on an armor stand the armor appears unenchanted, no item change is made, simply an aesthetic bug

You guys really need to start searching for bugs before you post them, this is like the 20 or 30th time I've seen this bug of "Enchanted Armor doesn't Glint", I made the mistake once, but I'm never making it again, please search before posting bugs.
