Since resource packs wear added they have been as laggie as how texture packs used to be before the new texture loading system was added and for someone who has a really Sh!t computer it's like a living hell for me to play minecraft now!!! Please fix this glitch it's really feels like hell to have to experience it AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well ya I guess so but the thing is that my computer is just beyond bad it's just so very laggie and just opening a browser takes a long amount of time compared to our Mac which takes only 2 seconds for a browser to open and on our Mac I get about 30 FPS. and on my computer it was as getting about 30 FPS before the addition of resource packs and now. With resource packs I'm now getting about 10 to 2 FPS which is one of the most annoying and frustrating things ever!

No-one said resource packs have better performance than texturepacks, FPS remain about the same as before. Performance can only be fixed in a mentionable way with a new rendering engine. Dinnerbone twittered several times the new engine they're working on will be "so much better than Optifine", so I think you'll have to wait until it is implemented. Dunno if they plan to do it in 1.6 though.
