[MC-179002] Creepers Dropping Pigstep

I don't know if this was your intetion but when skeleton kill creepers in 20w16a, they have a chance drop the new Music Disc (Pigstep).

I cannot reproduce. The vanilla loot tables also clearly show that they're using a different music disc tag which does not include the pigstep disc. See here and here.
