can not smelt with fungi stem or planks made from fungi
What I expected to happen was...:
i expected to be able to turn warped fungi stem and crimson fungi stem into charcoal for torches. didn't work for a bucket of lava either
i also expected to be able to burn warped fungi stem, warped planks, crimson fungi stem and crimson planks to smelt ancient debris into netherite scrape, polished blackstone bricks to make cracked polished blackstone bricks, warped fungi stem and crimson fungi stem into charcoal, netherack to make nether brick
What actually happened was...:
nothing happened no smelting nothing
Steps to Reproduce:
i can put warped fungi stem, warped planks, crimson fungi stem and crimson planks into the top slot but not put any into the bottom slot

You are not supposed to be able to turn fungus stems into charcoal, see MC-171693. You're also not supposed to be able to use fungus stems as fuel, see MC-177791.
I've resolved all of your tickets regarding this as invalid because I can't be bothered to link 14 tickets as duplicates of the two tickets mentioned above.
thats not a bug. its a feature as how the new wood is not flammable.
