Hello,

We cannot change our skin anymore. We change the skin according the rules. We see the skin in our profile at my.minecraft.net but we do not see the skin in the game.

We play this game for a very ling time, this is the first time it doens't work.

Please help us.

We play the game on the computer.

Hello,

We don't see our new skin in the game and also our new name.

In our profile we see the new skin at my.minecraft.net but in the game we do not see the new skin. The name we have changed we also do not see.

Help us please.
