[MC-179468] Misplaced Part in Village wells

I was playing in a superflat world and i accidentally fell down in a well.I fell down to the bedrock floor and i saw that the bottom part of the well was misplaced.

I can reproduce this bug in all 1.16 snapshots and prereleases.

Thanks, I will resolve this report as duplicate (despite being older) because the other report has already a Mojang Priority assigned.
