Minecraft 1.15.2 Sound Issues

So this is getting a bit annoying now when the music plays, the actual sounds will stop, like the sound of a door opening, or when the sounds are playing, the music is stopped....Not to mention jumping in the ocean, due to it having different music will cause all music to stop, and then another track to begin. No matter what fix I try eventually the sound will go away, and I will not be able to hear any animals, or fire crackling, or doors opening? I have tried uninstalling the player, the minimap thing, my computer can't do the F3 plus S thing for some reason, it just moves the brightness up, I have looked at the sound on my own computer, everything is fine? This usually happens when in creative mode, fly high in the sky and come down and the sounds usually stop
